A leading Resourcing company is looking for a Regional Inbound Replenishment Team Lead to be based at their Head Office in Johannesburg.
- Extensive experience within the Inbound Replenishment function.
- Degree in economics / industrial economics / logistics or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of English, both verbally and written.
- Skilled on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proven experience working with IT business tools.
- Ability to build relationships and customer responsiveness.
- Planning, organising, monitoring and evaluation.
- A sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to solve new, ambiguous and complex problems and apply appropriate judgement in decision making.
- Experience in managing a small team.
