A leading Logistical Consulting company is looking for a Sales Consultant to be based in their office in Johannesburg.
- To ensure all activities regarding client relationship management are executed.
- Customer relationship management
- Manage customer relationships and expectations effectively and pro-actively across all levels of the customer’s business units, in line with:
- SLA and KPIs
- Ensure that organisational relationship matrix is developed, maintained and rolled out between the company and customer stakeholders at all levels
- Be a driving force within the team by building trust and cooperation at all levels within the customer’s organisation
- Grow existing customer revenue through targeted on-sell and cross-sell initiatives of entire service offering
- New business development
- Lead generation - Identify new opportunities in line with our business development strategy and service offering capability
- Data analysis - Continuous analysis of the customer’s business to understand emerging trends within their business and industry
- Proposal formulation
- Calculate commercials (rates) and agree execution capability with operational team
- Formulate client proposal (including formal documentation and supporting annexures) and build final presentation.
