A leading retail company is looking for a Workforce Management Specialist to be based in Cape Town.

To configure, manage, develop and maintain our Workforce Management tools through integration and collaboration with Head Office and Logistics stakeholders.

• Integrate with business representatives to understand new business requirements and develop Business Requirement Specifications with the outside vendor.
• Design and deliver an easy to use tool that enables better service and increases profitability.
• Give input into and assist with design and documentation of system specifications.
• Develop process and systems test plans as per business specification.
• Create and establish test environment and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide input into policies, process, and procedures for the Workforce management system.
• Provide input into the system implementation for enhancements and new releases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-Year Diploma in Supply Chain/Business Management 
• Degree in Business/Project Management will be an advantage
• Industrial Engineering Degree will be an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills  
• 5 years’ Management experience 
• 8 years’ General Retail/Supply chain experience
